Almost crashed my car this morning due to random headrush during first cigarette in over 12 hours
Bruh literally on my way to work I lit my first cig in a few hours and immediately got lightheaded so much so I thought I was going pas out behind the wheel , I pulled over and eventually it passed. Its happened 2-3 times before. When I had my first cigarette ever I had to sit down because I immediately felt lightheaded and almost drunk, another time someone rolled me an American spirit red pouch cigarette and I fainted after one puff. Today I noticed all my project folders are suddenly missing from my sidebar. It seems I can't acccess any of the information that I had saved there and to make it worse none of the created data could be recalled. I primarly used it to help me keep track of a tabletop roleplaying campaign, now all the progress is lost. Sooo mad. Does anybody know any way to restore my data?I just hope everything’s okay

Since October last year I started using the Mandarin Refold deck and have since completed it. I loved it's simple layout. Front of card: * Hanzi word (No audio) * Hanzi example sentence (No Audio) Back of card: * Hanzi word (With audio) * Example sentence with Hanzi + Pinyin + English (With audio) * Sometimes has a photo (Not necessary) I don't particularly care to pass the HSK tests and would ideally learn words from frequency, which is why I actually really liked the Refold Deck. My main problem is that it seems like I cannot for the life of me find a deck that has a similar layout to Mandarin Refold or a layout that I like. Maybe I'm lowkey autistic but I refuse to use Anki decks if they don't fit what I'm looking for. It's like there is always something missing. Found a really good HSK 1-4 deck but it lacks the English translations for the example sentences and also auto plays the audio on the Front Side which I don't like. I found a large frequency deck but immediately got triggered because the character 流 was listed to have multiple meanings. However, the example sentences provided had 上流 (Upper class) 一流 (First class) which weren't mentioned in the original definition list. Why have an example sentence but not include the definition of "class, rate or grade" in the definition section??? I just want a deck that is either HSK or Frequency that is... Front Side: * Hanzi * Hanzi example sentence Back Side: * Hanzi * Example sentence with Hanzi, Pinyin and English Doesn't need to particularly have audio because I can just use HyperTTS. I've been making my own vocab cards using the Mandarin Refold layout but it takes forever because I usually am utilizing sentence mining which requires me to add the word, pinyin, English, clip the audio from whatever I'm mining from, HyperTTS the main word etc. I could find a word frequency list but then I'd need to make sentences out of them myself, which I guess I could use ChatGPT for but how am I supposed to know if a sentence is actually correct or not? It started when she was very young where she would threaten to kill people, and general stupid childish behavior that was unacknowledged- initially it didnt seem like a big deal to anyone in my family. Fast forward a few years though and she is physically attacking people now. I had to put her in a control hold for coming at me for not sharing food. She got into a fight with on of her friends. And recently got in trouble at school for trying to bite a kid for “being annoying”. My parents have brushed it off as her “being feral” and treat it like its funny. The MOST that has happened is she got grounded {barely} for trying to bite the kid. I’ve told my parents about my concerns with her behavior SEVERAL times now but they ignore it, I cannot stress enough she is ONLY EIGHT and has drawn blood from me over FOOD. She is going almost entirely without consequence and despite being in anger management is continuing to get worse- I believe its BECAUSE she isn’t being shown her actions have any consequences. I’m at a loss for what to do given my parents are ignoring the situation and the courses she is in are unhelpful. ANY advice would be greatly appreciated as I would hate to see her get worse as she gets older and end up in juvi or some shit
