So I'm 32F with a history of scoliosis and lower back pain is a pretty common thing for me, and I've noticed that ever since I've gotten into yoga since around the beginning of the year, I've had days where my back pain has gotten much worse. Like waking up with back pain, struggling to turn over in bed, or to straighten up after bending down for something. I'm pretty sure at least part of it is from bad technique during forward folds, not using enough muscles to protect my spine, etc.
Also is it normal that when I try to do bow pose, my thighs just stay on the ground?
I was wondering what would be the optimal rotation for this specific team? I've looked at a lot of rotation guides but not many include Baizhi and Lumi needs adjustments to fit Carlottas ult within the buff window. My Verina is in my other team and I just want something that will work until Shorekeeper comes around
I’m confused what order to do things in. Let’s say for example I book Nasrid palaces at 3pm then what time is advisable we get there ?
Should we get there very early to see other things like Alcazaba and Generalife first before making our way to Nasrid at 3pm OR should we get there for 3pm and do Nasrid palaces first and then do Alcazaba and Generalife after our allocated time?
Also say we were to get there for the 3pm Nasrid palace before moving to everything else, would we still need to arrive earlier and how much earlier should we arrive? I read tickets are given upon passports and booking being inspected so I imagine there would be a waiting line for that?
My dad is registered disabled, he can walk but he walks slowly with a walking stick. That’s also why I care about the chronically order of which parts to do first so that he can move from one to the next to the next without going back and fourth too many times. What do you suggest we do the Alhambra order in and what time should we get there for when the nasrid palace booking is for 3pm?
Is the walk up from town difficult or should we get a taxi from town to there ? We will be staying near the Granada Cathedral.

Recently I bought a 1999 Chevy S10 from a family member and we set up a payment plan with signatures for it. The total payment plan was $100 down, $1,100 two weeks from that day and $1000 another two weeks later total cost would have been $2,200. I had it at my house for 5 days not moving waiting for insurance to go through so I could take it to the SOS and get it registered. I bumped into a problem that included me getting fired after a friend who was living with me started working with me and walked out after the first day with no words, causing them to put the blame on me and hold me accountable. I brought it up with said family member and he came and took the truck and title later that night. I am now unemployed, broke, and down $100 in downpayment because he needed a new title and it was such an inconvenience. I was wondering if there is anyway of going about this that I could possibly get some help for. I no longer have any transportation to any new job prospect because of lack of public transport and I am a 20+ minute drive from the closest place to work.

i just moved in to a new country and high school, and it’s one of the best experiences i’ve ever had, then i got put into a pairing in drama class, her name is serrah? i think, idk the spelling, she’s simple, loud and energetic, i don’t know how but i realized that it’s love at first sight, and it sucks because i’m an introvert and i can’t approach her, plus i’m yr10 and she’s yr9 which double sucks…i might be delusional but i caught her staring at me which made my day
also i got an ex in my old country and i hurt her bad, i don’t know what love is back then but i know that i learnt from my mistakes.
