Hello, basically title question, I never played Oblivion before although I've played a few runs of Skyrim many years ago. I am devastated right now. Dr lost or never had my records.
In 2018 I had my second lap at the Mayo Clinic and I have had a lot of trouble requesting my records from them. Today I finally got into my patient portal only to find that there is no write up of my surgery at all. No imagining. Not even the duration, type of catheter, or amount of anesthetic I received. In fact, you can see on the online portal that she neglected to input anything until 9pm on 6/29 when the surgery was done on 6/13. And the note added on 6/29 is simply my intake time & date and then a copy of my previous office visit stating the reason for the surgery.... So, basically, the way that I see it is: she f\*ked up and forgot or lost my procedure write up and remembered late one night a few weeks later then tried to cover it up by just putting a copy of the previous VISIT write up and my discharge instructions. Hey all, I'll be attending medical school starting 08/25 and was thinking of joining a project through the school since I live nearby. I'd be coming on as an undergraduate assistant. Is worth my time to join a project this spring/summer? Or should I spend time elsewhere? Hello everyone, I'm hoping to get the groups take if a new eczema cream is needed or not. My wife had cracking and bleeding hands and would sleep with cotton gloves, she tried eucrisa, then opzelura, then dupixent all worked for a couple months then it would come back alittle worse each time. Im kind of backyard scientist so the idea of playing with organic compounds and emulsion appealed to me so I set out to make a lotion not really thinking it would help much, the first version was very grainy and rough but to our surprise she noticed a big difference the next day, and after a week it wasn't cracking anymore and turned into a thick callus. It's been two years and with daily use it's never come. Since then I've been improving the emulsion and giving it to friends and family, they love it and want me to start a business but I know thats a hard hill to climb. Currently I'm working on donating it to nurses at a Los Angeles based hospital, but to do that there is some labeling requirements. So my questions are 1. does the market need another product? or are most people happy with what's out there 2. If people are not happy with what's available what would you want to see 3. If there's interest I can make and send out a 7ml vacuum sealed foil packet in exchange for feedback. In the US My biggest concerns are I don't want to build something that's not needed and I would never sell anything that's not helping people. Please let me know your thoughts on this. I've never ordered a peptide online before but I currently take a medication called voquenza, which has been life-changing after being bedridden for three months, but it's also 700 a month, and my insurance won't pay for it. I started looking into buying the active ingredient, Vonoprazan, through research chemist online. Has anyone here ever done something like that? Is there a direct email or phone number for Twitch customer service? I have my phone number already being used for 2FA on my account, however when I try to link my phone number for account verification it says my number is already being used on another account and that I need to remove my number from that account first. Obviously I have no access to whatever account has my phone number linked for verification. Why can't they just send a verification code to reset my number and link it to my own account? I can't participate in any "verified only" chats which is a lot of the big streamers.
